ELLENVILLE – An Ellenville man is under arrest following an investigation into drug charges conducted by the URGENT Task Force and Ellenville Village Police.
Thomas Kaminsky, 28, was charged with felony criminal possession of drugs with intent to sell and attempted sale of a controlled substance.
At the time of his arrest, Kaminsky had a quantity of heroin and cash in his possession and police said a search of his residence yielded approximately 10 bundles and four grams of loose heroin.
He was arraigned and sent to the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $500 cash bail or $1,000 bond.
