Police release identity of Poughkeepsie murder victim

POUGHKEEPSIE – The man shot to death
in Poughkeepsie on Tuesday has been identified as William Trotman, 37,
of Poughkeepsie.

Trotman was found shot while in a vehicle on State Street at 3 p.m. He
died a short time later at the hospital.

No arrests have been made and the investigation is continuing. Anyone
