SAUGERTIES – A Saugerties youth is in the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $2,500 cash of $5,000 bond following his arrest for allegedly breaking into the HITS complex in Saugerties.
Police said Robert Harp, 17, allegedly entered a window at the HITS bar and office overnight and stolen alcohol and a golf cart. He was arrested on Thursday night and charged with felony burglary.
