SAUGERTIES – A 17-year-old Saugerties
youth was remanded to the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $2,500 cash of
$5,000 bond following his arrest for allegedly breaking into the HITS
complex in Saugerties.
Police said Robert Harp allegedly entered a window at the HITS bar and
office overnight and stolen alcohol and a golf cart.
He was arrested on Thursday night and was charged with felony burglary
and committed to the county jail.
