KINGSTON – The Ulster County grand
jury has indicted two people in connection with a January drug bust in
the Town of Ulster.
Bernard Brown, 30, and Dashea Bodie, 25, both of the Town of Ulster, were
among four people arrested during the investigation.
Brown and Bodie were indicted on charges of criminal possession of a controlled
substance, criminal nuisance, criminally using drug paraphernalia, and
endangering the welfare of a child.
At the time of their arrests, URGENT task force members said a five-year-old
child and a vicious dog were present at the residence.
