Fugitive from New Jersey arrested at Orange County Probation Department

GOSHEN – A Harriman man, who was wanted
on a warrant from the Essex County, New Jersey Sheriff’s Office
for a felony dangerous drug charge was arrested Wednesday evening by the
Village of Goshen Police.

Matthew Bauman, 25, of 23 Oxford Road in Harriman was arrested while at
the Orange County Probation Department offices on Route 17M in the Village
of Goshen.

He was arraigned and committed to the Orange County Jail without bail
pending extradition proceedings.
