Teen charged with making bomb threat at Columbia Secure Center for Girls

CLAVERACK – A resident at the Columbia Girls Secure Center, a state Office of Children and Family Services facility in the Town of Claverack, was arrested on Tuesday night for allegedly reporting a bomb threat.
State Police charged Dorothy Guadalupe, 17, with felony falsely reporting an incident.  She was to the Columbia County Jail in lieu of $2,500 cash bail or $5,000 bond.
When the bomb threat was reported, troopers conducted a search of the facility with the assistance of a K-9 and nothing suspicious was found.
