BREWSTER – A Peekskill man has been arrested after a fight in the parking area of the Bull and Barrel Restaurant on Route 22 in the Town of Southeast. State Police charged Robert Petrocine, 24, with felony assault and misdemeanor criminal possession of a weapon after he allegedly stabbed a 25-year-old Brewster man in the arm. He was treated at Putnam Hospital for non-life threatening injuries, police said.
Petrocine fled before police arrived, but Brewster Village Police spotted his getaway vehicle, stopped it and took Petrocine into custody. He was a passenger in that car.
Petrocine was sent to the Putnam County Jail in lieu of $100,000 cash bail or $200,000 bond.
