POUGHKEEPSIE – The Dutchess County Republican Committee has endorsed Edward “Ned” McLoughlin for county court judge and Tracy MacKenzie for family court judge. County Court Judge Stephen Greller is retiring at the end of the year and the family court candidate was chosen to fill a new seat on the bench.
McLoughlin is currently a bureau chief in the Dutchess County District Attorney’s Office. MacKenzie is presently a principal law clerk to Dutchess County Family Court Judge Denise Watson.
Republican County Chairman Michael McCormack said both McLoughlin and MacKenzie will serve county residents well if elected.
