KINGSTON – A Newburgh man who is an
inmate at the Ulster County Jail has been charged with felony assault
after being involved in a fight with another inmate.
Ulster detectives charged Arthur Henderson, 33, after it was determined
that he was involved in a physical altercation with another inmate assaulting
him and breaking his nose, knocking him unconscious and resulting in contusions
to his head and face.
Henderson was arrested on Thursday, May 21 and remains incarcerated in
jail. Police said additional charges ae possible.
