MILLBROOK – State Police investigated a report of a female entering Millbrook High School Friday morning with a gun in her backpack. The report turned out to be unfounded, but police went to the caller’s home and interviewed an 84-year-old man, who was confused and disoriented due to a medical condition. He was transported to MidHudson Regional Hospital in Poughkeepsie for evaluation.
The gun threat was called in just before 10 a.m. resulting in State Police and Millbrook Village Police responding to the school and to the caller’s Town of Washington home.  A search of the school building and grounds was conducted by police and school administrative staff with nothing suspicious being found.
