Three $5,000 Mega Millions tickets sold in the Valley

HIGHLAND – Three Mega Millions lottery tickets worth $5,000 each were sold in the Hudson Valley. They were all for the April 21 drawing.
One ticket was sold at Rite Aid on Route 9W in Highland, one was sold at Johnson’s Stationary on East Main Street in Elmsford and the third was sold at Elm Liquor on Elm Street in Yonkers.
The $5,000 third prize was won by matching four out of five numbers plus the Mega Ball. A $1 million second prize, won by matching five out of five numbers, was sold in Brooklyn.
The winning numbers for the April 21 Mega Millions drawing were 31-33-35-41-69 and Mega Ball 11.
