Greene County man charged with pulling knife on two people

CATSKILL – State Police arrested a Freehold man on charges of menacing and criminal possession of a weapon following an incident on Main Street in the Town of Cairo.
Troopers allege that Samir Alygad, 26, threatened two people with a knife during a dispute on April 9.  He was arraigned and released on his own recognizance pending a future court appearance.
