NEW CITY – Clarkstown Police arrested three men for starting several fires in the Congers area over the past seven months.  The investigation began in August 2014 and ended on March 27, 2015. 
The suspicious fires were started in dumpsters, garbage cans and two separate vehicles had been set ablaze.  No injuries were reported.
On March 25, Seth Levy, 30, and Jesse Wickes, 33, both of Congers, were arrested. Wickes was charged with two felony counts of arson and two misdemeanor counts of criminal mischief.  Levy was charged with one felony arson count and two misdemeanor counts of criminal mischief.
On March 27, police arrested Kenneth Tagle, of Congers. He was charged with one felony count of arson and one misdemeanor count of criminal mischief.
All three men are in the Rockland County Jail in lieu of $5,000 bail each.
