NEWBURGH – A City of Newburgh man is under arrest following an investigation into drug sales in the Town of Marlborough area.
A search warrant executed on the home of Arthur Henderson, 33, resulted in the seizure of two unlawfully possessed firearms and heroin along with other evidence of drug sales.
Henderson was charged with felony and misdemeanor drug possession and criminal possession of a weapon as a felony. He was sent to the Ulster County Jail without bail.
The investigation was conducted by State Police at Highland BCI and Town of Marlborough Police.
