NAPANOCH – A state prisoner in the Ulster Correctional Facility in Napanoch was treated at an area hospital in an attempted suicide. He was found hanging in his cell last Friday evening.
The man was rushed to an area hospital where he was treated, a state prisons spokesman said Monday.
