KINGSTON – City Police in Kingston arrested a Greenkill Avenue man on felony drug charges.
On Tuesday, officers in the Special Investigations Unit conducted a buy-bust operation in the area of Block Park in Kingston. During the operation, Frederick Weemes, 54, was seen selling suspected crack cocaine. Detectives took him into custody and found more of the drug on him.
Weemes was charged with felonies of criminal sale and possession of a controlled substance and sent to the Ulster County Jail without bail.
