Police seek public’s assistance in ID theft investigation

POUGHKEEPSIE – State Police are asking for the public’s assistance to help identify a man involved in an identity theft investigation.
In November 2014, the man possessed credit card information allowing him to make over $1,500 worth of fraudulent charges against the victim’s TEG Federal Credit Union account.  The man used the debit card information at several locations in the Middletown/Wallkill area including Dunkin Donuts, Rite Aid, Wal-Mart and Dollar General.
