Woman dies after jumping off fourth floor of Palisades Center mall

WEST NYACK – Clarkstown Police are investigating the death of a woman, who apparently jumped from the fourth floor to the first floor at the Palisades Center mall in West Nyack Thursday afternoon.
Police said the incident occurred around 3:47 p.m. when a woman, believed to be in her 40s, possibly jumped to her death.  Her identity was not immediately known.
She was transported to Nyack Hospital where she was pronounced dead.
The investigation was continuing.
