CONGERS – Clarkstown Police Wednesday
identified the man who was seriously injured with his car collided with
a State Transportation Department snowplow truck on Route 9W in Congers
as Felipe Portillo. The 35-year-old Orangeburg man remains in Westchester
Medical Center in serious but stable condition, police said.
The driver of the state vehicle, Burl Scott Page, 37, of Nanuet, appeared
uninjured.
The cause of the accident remains under investigation.
