KINGSTON – City Police in Kingston charged a man will the illegal sale of prescription medication at 289 Fair Street.
Arnold Brinn, 61, of Fair Street was arrested after a two-month investigation during which he sold a substantial quantity of prescription pills to undercover officers. Brinn was charged with two counts each of criminal sale and possession of a controlled substance as felonies.
Police recovered evidence at his residence when he was arrested.
The Kingston Special Investigations Unit and the Town of Saugerties Police Department’s Detective Division handled the case.
