Kingston man charged with rape for having sex with 14-year-old girl

KINGSTON – City Police in Kingston arrested a man on a charge of felony rape in connection with an incident on February 4.
Police alleged that Julio Francisco-Robles, 22, had sex with the girl,
who was 14 years of age, on that date, but because of her age, she was
legally unable to give consent.
Francisco-Robles was sent to the Ulster County Jail.
