WHITE PLAINS – A Yonkers construction company owner pled guilty in White Plains federal court on Friday to tax fraud charges.
Patrick White, who operates R & L Construction Inc., did not report certain employees’ wages properly and instead diverted them for personal expenses including homes and gambling. In so doing, he accumulated over $3.7 million in unpaid payroll taxes.
White faces a maximum of three years in federal prison when sentenced in May.
