FALLSBURG – Town of Fallsburg Police arrested a Wurtsboro woman and charged her with felony vehicular assault and driving while ability impaired by drugs as a misdemeanor after she allegedly rear-ended a vehicle that was broken down and being repaired by two brothers.
Jessica Walts, 37, was sent to the Sullivan County Jail in lieu of $7,500 bail.
Police said the two men were airlifted to Westchester Medical Center with serious injuries.
