Reward offered in dog beating case

POUGHKEEPSIE – As the City of Poughkeepsie Police Department continues to investigate the beating of a dog in Pulaski Park near Talmadge Street on December 28, members of the public have established a “Go Fund Me” campaign to offer a reward for the identification and apprehension of the person involved.
A video of the beating, posted on Facebook, has gone viral. It may be viewed at www/gofundme.com/jy8txc .
