LIVINGSTON – State Police from the Livingston barracks charged a Town of Ulster woman with aggravated driving while intoxicated under Leandra’s Law, a felony.
Troopers were dispatched by Columbia County 911 to investigate a one-car auto crash that occurred on Cold Spring Road. Investigation revealed that Jessica Lasher, 30, was impaired by drugs at the time of the collision. Her 11-year-old son was a passenger in the 1998 Nissan, but was not injured.
Lasher was sent to the Columbia County Jail in lieu of $10,000 cash bail or $20,000 bond.
