LIBERTY – State Police arrested a Warwick man in connection with the burglary of several units at the Capital Self Storage facility on Route 52 in the Town of Liberty. The crime took place on October 13, 2014 with personal property being removed.
An investigation by State Police at Liberty resulted in the arrest of Jose Davilla, 34, of Warwick on January 1. He was charged with burglary and criminal mischief, both as felonies, and sent to the Sullivan County Jail without bail pending a future court appearance.
