Middletown man arrested following child welfare check

TOWN OF MOREAU – State Police in Wilton arrested three people for endangering the welfare of a child. One of those arrested is a Middletown resident, Robert Watts, 24.
The arrests occurred after Troopers and Saratoga County Child Protective Service responded to a residence on Fawn Road in the Town of Moreau in Saratoga County, to check on the welfare of some children. Troopers observed several pieces of drug paraphernalia in the residence. 
The other two suspects are from Brooklyn and Moreau.
