LEEDS – A Cairo couple has been arrested on charges of robbery following an attack on County Route 23B in Leeds.
State Police charges John Prosser, 52, and April Cogswell, 35, for allegedly physically attacking a woman in her driveway and stealing her belongings.
Investigation by troopers with assistance from Town of Cairo Police resulted in the arrest of Prosser and Cogswell on felony robbery charges.
They were both arraigned and released pending a future court appearance.
