KINGSTON- The Spanish-speaking team of Radio Kingston along with community partners invites you to see a play in Spanish, with music. ¡Arsenio! A tribute to the life and music of Afro-Cuban composer Arsenio Rodríguez, “the wonderful blind man”, written by Ulster County resident Toby Campion.
