Owner of Hudson Valley Improv directs debut performance in “No Hope For Oz”

PINE PLAINS- Samantha Jones is set to direct the next series titled “No Hope For Oz,” featuring the debut performance by writer Heather Dell’Amore. The event is scheduled to take place on Sunday, April 28, 2024, at 4 p.m. at 2950 Church St, Pine Plains, NY 12567.

“No Hope For Oz” dives into the comedic yet poignant struggles of growing up. In her debut performance, Heather Dell’Amore explores the relationship between our upbringing and the individuals we become, including the challenges of raising ourselves. Through humor and introspection, Dell’Amore navigates life while seeking support in unexpected places such as Lilith Fair singers and the streets of Rome, NY.

Samantha Jones, known for her multifaceted talents as an actor and director, brings her expertise to the forefront as the director of “No Hope For Oz.” Originally from New York City, Jones has made a significant impact on the Hudson Valley theater community. As the founder of Hudson Valley Improv, she has been instrumental in nurturing local talent and bringing innovative performances to the stage. Jones’s directorial portfolio includes an array of solo shows and productions, each showcasing her distinctive vision and artistic flair.
