Three sentenced for sale of ghost guns

WHITE PLAINS – Three men were sentenced in Westchester County Court to state prison terms for selling more than 30 ghost guns in Yonkers after trafficking them from Washington, DC to Westchester in 2022.

Netaly Pena-Camilo, 28, of Washington, DC, was sentenced to 15 years in prison with five years of post-release supervision after pleading guilty to sale and possession of a firearm and conspiracy.

Jose Gregorio Oliva-Feliz, 29, of Yonkers, was sentenced to nine years in prison after pleading guilty to criminal sale of a firearm.

Pedro Junior Olivo-Feliz, 23, of Yonkers, was sentenced to seven years in prison with five years of post-release supervision after pleading guilty to criminal possession of a firearm.

District Attorney Miriam Rocah said between April 28 and June 24, 2022, he three transported illegal firearms from Washington, DC to Yonkers and sold a total 31 unserialized ghost guns and two conventional firearms on five occasions to undercover law enforcement agents.
