Town of Ulster man arrested for forcible touching

ULSTER- Ulster County Sheriffs have arrested a man and charged him with misdemeanor forcible touching following a joint investigation with the Ulster County Family and Child Advocacy Center.

According to police, Gerardo Popxl, 35, of  Eddyville, New York, had forcibly touched a seventeen year old female victim.  Police say that Popxl had forcibly touched the victim on one occasion over her clothing.  

On Wednesday, police arrested Popxl at his residence in the Town of Ulster.  He was arraigned in the Town of Ulster Justice Court and was remanded to the county jail on $5,000 cash bail or $10,000 secured bond.
