HYDE PARK – The Dutchess County Sheriff’s Office Detective Bureau has arrested a 48-year-old Hyde Park man in connection with threats of violence made against Hyde Park Town Police.
Detectives arrested Michael Cavagnolo who is accused of contacting the Hyde Park Police by phone and threatening to shoot their officers and destroy their facility.
Cavagnolo has been charged with the felony of making a terroristic threat. He was arraigned and remanded to the Dutchess County Jail without bail.
