NEWBURGH- Stop & Shop supermarkets has selected Meals on Wheels of Greater Newburgh as a Community Bag Program Nonprofit Partner.
During March, Stop & Shop will donate $1 to Meals on Wheels from the sale of each $2.50 reusable Community Bag.
Since 1972, the nonprofit has delivered hot, nutritious, noontime meals to residents of Newburgh and New Windsor who are confined to their homes and unable to adequately provide their own meals due to age, illness, injury, or disability.
