Rolling V Bus Company mourns the loss of valued team member Valerie Mott

LIBERTY- It is with deep sadness that Rolling V announces the death of one of their valued employees, Valerie Mott.  Valerie passed away from natural causes on February 15th at the age of 62.  Valerie was a Safety Instructor and had been a valued member of the Rolling V team since 2000.   She was a New York State Department of Motor Vehicle Article 19-a examiner, State Education Department School Bus Driving Instructor, National Safety Council Defensive Driving Instructor, Alive at 25 Instructor, Department of Transportation Batefish Accident Investigator, and motor vehicle third-party road test examiner.  Valerie valued cooperative and respectful interactions with coworkers, children, parents, guardians, and school officials.

“Like many others in our company, Valerie rose through our ranks to the position she held in our safety department.  Her attention to detail, loyalty and knowing right from wrong made her a force in our company,” said Nick Vallone, Executive Vice President, Rolling V Corp.

Visitation will be on Saturday, February 24, 2024, at Colonial Memorial Funeral Home, 396 State Route 52 Woodbourne, NY 12788 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.   Arrangements are under the care of Colonial Memorial Funeral Home, for further information please call 845-434-7363.
