LIBERTY- Sullivan 180 is recruiting interns for the 2024 season! Sullivan 180 will hire several young adults (ages 16 to 20) to work alongside volunteers to help communities, organizations, churches, and schools turn their ideas into a reality.  Interns also participate in a series of meetings and a “Day of Service” project.  Salaries are competitive, presenting a great opportunity for a paid summer job where you can make a difference and learn new skills.  Join neighbors and businesses to brighten the community while building experience that can be used to enhance your resume and your neighborhood.

“I had an amazing experience during my internship.” Shared Jordyn Wall-Carty, 2023 Village of Woodridge Intern.  “Initially, I applied for a summer job because of the good pay, but it turned out to be much more than that.  Sullivan 180 helped me take charge of my community and become a better person. Working with them was practice for the real world, and I highly recommend it because it’s fun!”

“In addition to connecting with peers, the internship program offers a great way to learn about Sullivan County and connect with other community members,” said Anne-Louise Scandariato, Director of Community Engagement.  “Interns work on expanding their communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and leadership skills while being part of a team.”

To apply to become a Sullivan 180 intern, contact Anne-Louise Scandariato at 845-295-2405 or Anne-Louise@Sullivan180.org.  The deadline for applying is March 25, 2024.
