To the Editor:

I am writing to convey my enthusiastic support for Anthony Parisi, who will be an outstanding District Attorney! He is deserving of the support of ALL voters, regardless of party.

Anthony knows Dutchess County and what our community needs as he’s lived here for his entire life, growing up in Millbrook and currently serving as the District Attorney’s Major Crimes Bureau Chief and as a Senior Assistant District Attorney before that. Collectively, Anthony has served in the District Attorney’s office for twenty-five years and, as an experienced prosecutor, he is committed to pursuing justice for victims, keeping our communities safe and working for a fairer criminal justice system. I know this about Anthony as I worked under his supervision in the District Attorney’s Office.

I was an Assistant District Attorney for four years and during my time there, Anthony provided me with vital training and support. I was also able to witness firsthand his leadership and unwavering commitment to public service. I know he will serve the people of Dutchess County with great distinction and integrity.

Our community would be lucky to have someone with Anthony’s prosecutorial experience AND motivation to improve our justice system serving as our county’s top law enforcement official.

Voting is a privilege we enjoy in our democratic society. I urge all registered voters of Dutchess County to vote and elect Anthony Parisi as our new District Attorney.
