Christine Bello is running for Newburgh City Council At Large. The “At Large” piece is crucial. This is something to think about before using your vote this election day. Before you make the decision, take a look at your water and sanitation bills, your tax bill, and your yearly reassessment notice. Take a look at how city business is currently conducted. Take a look at the transparency with data reporting, or the lack thereof. All of these issues, and more, impact all of us as residents in this city. Not only is she well versed in all of these issues because Christine is a home and business owner, she fought tirelessly for these issues when she was previously on the council. Most importantly, she hears firsthand on a daily basis from her customers regarding their struggles in this city. If elected, every council vote and action she takes will be for all residents. Her passion as a lifelong resident in a city she loves, and her goal for governmental coherency makes Christine the perfect candidate for the “At Large” position as she will always be protecting and advocating for every city resident.
