Orange County’s annual fall job fair set for October 18

GOSHEN – Orange County will hold its annual Fall Job Fair from noon to 5 p.m. on Wednesday, October 18 at The Newburgh Mall.

“Orange County’s job fairs have become a very popular event and we expect another great turnout this year of both employers and job seekers,” said County Executive Steven Neuhaus said. “The job fair provides those seeking employment or career advancement with a wonderful opportunity to speak with respected companies and firms that are hiring. Orange County appreciates the continued support from the employers participating in our job fair.”

Approximately 80 employers and recruiters will be at The Newburgh Mall to speak with potential job candidates. Businesses that will attend the event include New York Army National Guard, Neversink Media Group, Mid-Hudson Valley Federal Credit Union, Maternal Infant Services Network, Amazon, New York State Police, Resource Recovery of Orange County, Anderson Center for Autism, Valley View Center for Nursing Care & Rehabilitation, Rapid Rim Repair LLC, Price Chopper/Market 32 Supermarkets, Mental Health Association Orange County, Inspire, Independent Living, Braemar Living, Arc Greater Hudson Valley, West Point Child and Youth Services, Garnet Health Medical Center, Collection Bureau of the Hudson Valley, Orange County government and the companies will represent multiple sectors, including healthcare, distribution, manufacturing, hospitality, transportation, and government, and will be hiring for a wide range of positions.
