ALBANY – Spectrum cable TV’s parent company, Charter, and the Walt Disney Company have come to terms and the cable company has resumed airing Disney-owned channels including ESPN.

Governor Kathy Hochul said the dispute resolution comes “just in tome for Monday night football and the Bills and Jets starting their seasons.”

The governor also said her administration will ensure they receive a refund for the days without service.

All Disney channels were pulled from Spectrum on August 31 through Hochul’s announcement on Monday.
