Minisink Heritage Fall Farm Fest Celebration

WESTTOWN- On October 7, 2023, the Town of Minisink will again host a fall farm festival of its rich 235 years of history, a commemoration of the unique spirit of friendship and generosity that has distinguished our community since its founding. 

The day will feature tours of our museum which houses hundreds of artifacts and publications that tell the story of our deep history (and pre-history) of farming, business, and everyday living in the Minisink region.  There will also be a Minisink Museum Scavenger Hunt Raffle hosted by our Minisink Heritage Youth Group and an artist corner hosting a “Kid’s Crafting Table.”

Various raffles and door prizes including goods from local providers and businesses will be provided.

Farm Festival kid’s activities including “Bessie the Cow,” live music by a local group of musicians, a variety of lip-smacking, home-cooked food provided by American Legion Post 1607  and refreshment vendor tables to include home made baked goods and fresh lemonade.

There are also opportunities to support the continuing development of the Town of Minisink Heritage Commission.  Community vendors are welcome.  

All proceeds from will benefit the Town of Minisink Heritage Commission. 

The event will take place from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. at 20 Roy Smith Drive, Westtown.
