MONTICELLO- Bold Gold Media is excited to announce a new Morning Show for Lighting Hot Country, Thunder 102 (102.1 WDNB-FM Jeffersonville/104.5 WHNB-FM Hancock).  Market veteran Therese Quinn who formerly spent time in the market on sister station 98-3 WSUL, will host the all new “Morning Rumble w/Therese” weekday mornings from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.  Quinn, who most recently did weekends and fill-in at Pamal A/C WHUD will start on Wednesday, July 5, 2023, filling the daypart that was previously held by market veteran Paul Ciliberto, who moved to the new Catskills News Talk 92.5 & 94.9.

“We had a lot of great candidates apply for this position.  In the end, it was clear that Therese was the right one to take on this role.  Her already established roots and understanding of the market is a real win.  That, combined with her true love and passion for radio is exactly what we are looking for, as Thunder continues to evolve and enter a new chapter,” said Chase Daniels, director of programming for Bold Gold New York.

“I had the privilege of working with Therese when I started my career in radio, and it’s exciting to be able to bring her back to Sullivan and the Catskills to entertain and inform our Thunderheads with a fresh new music intensive morning show,” said Dawn Ciorciari, general manager of Bold Gold New York.

“I can’t tell you how happy I am to be back in Sullivan and the Catskills, Thunder Country Indeed.  To me Country Music sums up life’s excitement, challenges, amazements and people’s determination to keep on making the most of each and every day.  I appreciate the enthusiasm of country music lovers who share that same passion for life!  Great Music, beautiful people – how can I not be thrilled to start rumbling weekday mornings, 6-10AM.  Don’t be late!” said Therese Quinn, on-air personality.
