POUGHKEEPSIE – City Police in Poughkeepsie have released the identity of the 19-year-old local man who was killed early Saturday morning.
Thomas Galimore Rhodes was found shot in the area of Soldiers Fountain at Market and Montgomery Streets shortly after 2 a.m.
He was transported to Vassar Brothers Medical Center where he died during surgery.
An autopsy performed on Tuesday determined the cause of death to be multiple gunshot wounds.
