LIBERTY – The Sullivan BOCES 2023-24 Administrative Budget of $4.7 million was unanimously approved by the county’s component school boards on Wednesday, April 26.

Carol Bliefernich (Eldred CSD), Anthony Sinacore (Liberty CSD), and Susan Horton (Monticello CSD) were re-elected to the BOCES board. The board welcomed Jackie Rutledge (Sullivan West CSD) to the board. Rutledge filled the seat of Kenneth Hilton (Sullivan West CSD), who served on the board for three terms.

Sullivan BOCES board members are elected by component board members, not the general public, and serve three-year terms.

The Sullivan BOCES board represents its components, with members from each component school district served. Sullivan BOCES’ component districts are Eldred, Fallsburg, Liberty, Livingston Manor, Monticello, Roscoe, Sullivan West, and Tri-Valley.
