Woman charged with failure to safely store firearms

SAUGERTIES – A 52-year-old Glasco woman has been arrested by Saugerties Police and charged with the felony of failure to safely store firearms.

Jeannette Wheeler was arrested on April 19, two days later, police said.

They did not provide details about the incident.

Wheeler was issued an appearance ticket returnable to town court.
