Two Hudson Valley residents in Pike County PA court

MILFORD, PA – A Poughkeepsie man was sentenced in Pike County, Pennsylvania to one year of probation and fined $300 for the crime of harassment.

James Cameron Secor, 22, had communicated via social media from a residence in Dingman Township on October 7, 2021, threats that he intended harm to an individual and that he was familiar with the entrance locations of the residences causing fear to the individual and his family.

In another case, Ana Marina Rubio, 38, of Monroe, was found guilty during a trial conducted January 30 and was sentenced to five days to six months in the Pike County Jail, fine $650, and had her driver’s license suspended for 12 months for two counts of the crime of driving under the influence, one count of careless driving, and driving on roadways laned for traffic.

The State Police responded to State Route 590 in Lackawaxen Township where Rubio had rolled her vehicle over.

She was observed to have watery, bloodshot eyes and smelled of an alcoholic beverage.

Rubio admitted to drinking prior to driving. A breath test confirmed a blood alcohol content of .097 percent.
