ROSENDALE – An adult male and two juveniles have been arrested after Ulster County Sheriff’s Deputies investigated a Tuesday morning home invasion in Rosendale.  Nineteen-year-old Isaiah Jackson of Tennessee and two 15-year-old juveniles from Troy, New York are all facing felony charges after the 3:05 a.m. home invasion on Creek Locks Road.
Ulster County Sheriff Juan Figueroa said that Ulster County 911 received a 911 report from a man who stated that several unknown males had broke into his home while he was sleeping and was attacked after he confronted the invaders. The homeowner sustained minor injuries in the attack and was treated by ambulance personnel.
The preliminary investigation conducted at the scene by deputies quickly identified the vehicle the assailants fled in. The vehicle was later located traveling on Interstate 587 (Colonel Chandler Drive) and was stopped by Ulster Police. The occupants of the vehicle were positively identified as the perpetrators and were taken into custody.

Jackson was charged with the felonies of burglary, conspiracy, and attempted assault.  He was arraigned in Rosendale Justice Court and remanded to the Ulster County Jail on $3,000 cash, $6,000 bond, or $20,000 partially secured bond.
