Two charged with failure to report address change as sex offenders

Saugerties Police Chief Joe Sinagra has been placed on paid administrative leave.

SAUGERTIES – Two men have been arrested in separate cases for failure to report a change of address as registered sex offenders.

Saugerties Police charges Kevin Bach, 37, for moving from Saugerties to a residence in Greene County without notifying the registry within the required 10-day period.

Police also arrested Dennis Richard Fellows, 54, of Saugerties for failure to notify the registry of his move to another address in the town within the 10-day period.

Both men were released on appearance tickets to Saugerties Justice Court.
