PLEASANT VALLEY – State Police have arrested a 49-year-old Pleasant Valley man on a rape charge for allegedly having sex with an underage child.
Investigation determined that Sean Kelly engaged in sexual conduct with a victim he knew who was under the age of 15 and again when the victim was under the age of 17.
Kelly was arraigned and remanded to the Dutchess County Jail in lieu of $50,000 cash bail, $250,000 bail or $450,000 partially secure bond.
